c.1940 Marx, Floodlight Tower in Original Box

c.1940 Marx, Floodlight Tower in Original Box

Consists of a painted pressed steel rectangular beveled base with a four sided, round hole girder tower. It's tapered at the top where a second silver painted fenced platform is attached. On top of the platform is a twin set of lights with adjustable supports. Wiring from the terminals to lights is original and connected. I didn't test the bulbs, but the filaments look intact.

The box is a simple one color printed cardboard. An illustration of the tower appears on the front panel. The Marx logo and railroad crossing signs were printed on the two side panels. Instructions are on the back.

Size: 11½".
