c.1948 Marx, RCA Television Service Truck in Original Box
Here's a toy I had been looking for for years in perfect unused condition. This is the RCA Television Service Truck by Marx. It's complete, appears to have never been played with and comes with it"s original box. *This plastic, dark blue Ford panel truck has a metal red-painted chassis, black painted wooden wheels, and ladder brackets on the roof. These hold two yellow extension ladders that extend to over 13". It features authentic RCA logos on the sides and rear door along with Nipper, the RCA dog. The rear door opens. Amazingly it still includes it's original complete tear-off work order pad which is the only the second I've seen for this toy. The first was the example from the Kaufmann collection sold by Bertoia in 2011. The box was illustrated with an assembly diagram and name of the toy. *Greenberg's Guide To Marx Toys Volume II Size: 8¼".
