c.1961 Auburn, Noah's Ark in Original Box
From a collection of factory sealed toys; Noah's Ark manufactured by Auburn Toys in mint condition, complete and unused from its original owner in its original box! Made from pliable polyvinyl plastic. Includes the two piece ark, yellow and red, with removable deck and original gangway ramp. The ramp is still "attached" to the ark with factory rubber band. As it indicates on the box it has three "wheels for floor play" and also "floats for water play". This particular set comes with 40 blue and yellow animals. They're separated into two clear plastic bags which are still factory stapled to the box inserts. A list of them is shown on the side of the box (see below). Molded in white plastic are the figures of Noah and his wife (Naamah?). The box features a full panel color illustration of Noah beckoning the animals, two by two, to enter the ark. The front and rear aprons were printed with eight animals parading in a straight line. The side panels the name of the toy, manufacturer, and contents list. Size: Ark 10" x 5" x 4".
