c.1964 Daiya, Baby Space Gun in Original Box
Multicolored lithographed embossed tin space ray gun made in Japan by Daiya complete with original box. Metallic blue with "Space Rescue" rocket ship on both sides. Six holes covered with red acetate show sparks as the metal trigger is squeezed. Simultaneously it produces a loud grinding sound. Box colorfully illustrated with a rather confused looking space explorer firing his Baby Space Gun into space. Includes both original box bottom and top. Size: 3½" x 5¾". Sold: Oct. 2005
