1939, Buck Rogers Rocket Rangers Member Card (#1 Yellow)
This yellow Buck Rogers Rocket Rangers member card was the first in the series of colored cards that included the Inter-Planetary Battle Cruiser. A plain black and white card without the photo or “secret number†was issued in 1937. Printed on card stock paper it was originally acquired and signed by Richard Lee Storer after sending an offer coupon clipped from the newspaper comic. It was subsequently reissued in blue or white in 1944, 1946, 1952, 1958, and 1977. However the yellow card was issued only in 1939. Size: 2⅜†x 3â…žâ€.
