c.1948 Lansing, Slik-Toy Deluxe Farm Set in Original Box
Outstanding 4pc. painted died cast metal "Slik-Toy Deluxe Farm Set" manufactured by Lansing Co, Lansing, IA. Provenance from the famed Donald Kaufman collection. It's in near mint+ to mint unused condition and comes complete with original window display box plus insert. Also includes the original Bertoia Auction hang tag. Includes tractor, two-blade gang plow, disk harrow, and corn rake. Each is die cast metal with original factory red paint. No touch-ups or repairs. Tractor - die cast body with large 3¼" rear rubber tires with red painted centers and deep treads. Front 1¼" diameter tires are also solid black rubber with circular treads. No markings. Size: 6".
