1937 Marx, Busy Bridge
Classic "elongated traffic" toy from Marx. All tin litho with wind-up motor. Six cars and buses drive over the bridge, through the two end buildings, and return on the opposite side. Features a lithoed two-dimensional police station in the center, four "lights", two end buildings, six vehicles, and the bridge itself. The entire toy was extensively detailed especially the two end buildings which were lithoed on every panel. The four support legs raise the bridge 5" above the ground surface to allow other toys to pass underneath.. Difficult toy toy find in working condition in just about any grade.
