"JEEP" is also stamped on both doors. The Marx logo is stamped into the underside on both pieces. Both the Jeep and Trailer are enameled pressed steel. The tires, five on the Jeep, and two on the trailer, are embossed steel litho disks. The toy features interior switch controlled battery operated head lights, a front hood which raises and lowers, an aluminum windshield frame which can lay flat on the front hood, a removable spare tire, and a metal steering wheel with horn that really beeps when you push it in. The tailgate on the trailer drops down and is also detachable. It originally sold with battery included for $2.98.
