1946 Unique Art, G.I. Joe & His Jouncing Jeep in Original Box
Superb lithographed tin mechanical "eccentric auto" featuring comic GI with tip-over helmet and movable body. Comes complete with original box. Jeep moves in random directions while occasionally rearing up to do a "wheelie". Helmet tips over drivers eyes when this happens. Detailed lithography throughout; checkered wheels 4-star jeep, shadowing on face, etc. Original box shows color cartoon illustration with Unique Art logo. Size: 7-1/2" long, 8" tall. Sold: Jun. 2005
