Written by Lester Del Ray and illustrated by John Polgreen Description: Glossy laminated hard cover book detailing the best guess for upcoming space exploration. Looks like they were pretty far off. 54 pages. Every page is illustrated with, what was thought to be, America's jump into space. Just from the cover you can tell how far off they were. The concepts were close, but very far from reality. This was my own book when I was a bit younger. I recently found it going through the attic.
