c.1936 Wyandotte, No.354 Streamlined Electric Lighted Stake Truck
The real deal. Extraordinary unsold store stock by Wyandotte; Streamlined Electric Lighted Stake Truck. 15½" long the largest size produced at that time. Heavy gauge steel with baked enamel finish. Paint is guaranteed to be all original without any touch-up. Comes complete with original steel hand-truck. Purchased from Bertoia auctions who graded it near mint+, of which I concur! One of Wyandotte's earliest truck it features an enclosed cab, step running boards, cockscomb hood ornament, streamlined tear-drop fenders, steel polished radiator and bumper assembly, black rubber tires on red painted hubs, and original flat style head lamps (not reproductions). Both headlights work beautifully using the original battery lever, however it does lack the clip which holds the battery in place (easily obtained from Thomas Toys).
