1935 Marx, Buck Rogers Rocket Skates

Extremely scarce pair of pressed steel art deco streamlined roller skates with illustration and picture of Buck Rogers impressed into each one. From Louis Marx and Company. Designed to resemble rockets in flight with scalloped winged edges and dimpled "skin". Front tip resemble nose cone while rear looks like rocket exhaust. (Shown without leather straps).
